THE COMPANY

The first grape harvest of Fred Prinz was in 1991, even though he always worked as a manager and then as production manager in a nearby winery until 2004. He worked hard with his wife Sabine on building the company that carries his name. The vineyard, which has an average age of 40 years, gives grapes with an extraordinary complexity and mineral content, qualities that more than anything characterize the “garage wines” of this small producer, close to the Rhine. It is a young company that is already being talked about, where the future is in good, young hands, given that the two children, both just above twenty, are studying and obtaining experience, ready to compare themselves to their father.
