THE COMPANY

The Chapelle Saint Mathieu, created by Jean-Emmanuel Parcé and his sister Jeanne is located in Aniane, in the Hérault near Mont Baudile. The name of the estate, La Chapelle Saint-Mathieu, is a tribute to their late brother. The Parcés have planted about ten hectares with a dozen different vines on a land that remained uncultivated for almost forty years. Their young vines, grown in a maniacal way, have just given life their first wines which since their debut have confirmed how in this part of the Languedoc it is possible to obtain wines of great finesse and depth.
