Some evenings stay in memory: the one hosted by Bruno Paillard and Chef Giovanni Santoro of Shalai in Catania was one of them. Depth, flavor, refinement, alchemy, uniqueness, excellence… the list could go on endlessly.

Bruno Paillard shared his vision of Champagne with the guests, each cuvée a statement of precision, elegance, and passion. Alongside him, Santoro’s cuisine transformed local ingredients into a remarkable dialogue with the wines, creating a truly unique experience.

Wonderful company, great conversations, flavors that linger—a dinner that was more than a gathering, a true sensory journey through excellence and harmony. We are proud to have shared this evening with the Maestro and his Champagnes.
