Villa Minelli, 23 June 2025 – Identity, territory and quality.
In the historical venue of Villa Minelli, in Villorba (TV), “Convivio + Manzoni / Merlot” was held, an exclusive event dedicated to the presentation of the new wine project taking shape among these vineyards.
During the afternoon, Federico Giotto and Alessandro Bellotto of GiottoConsulting illustrated the project: a contemporary approach that emphasises identity, sustainability and quality, in the wake of the local wine-growing tradition.
The tasting featured the new releases of Manzoni Bianco and Merlot, proposed in combination with the leavened products of chef Davide Croce (Equilibri – Treviso), in a sensory journey designed to enhance the link between wine, territory and haute cuisine.
